Warranty

House of Rhone offers a full one year warranty on all products. This policy covers all manufacturer defects but does not cover misuse or neglect.

For all warranty claims, please e-mail lana@houseofrhone.com with the order number, product issue, picture of the defect and shipping address and we will be happy to issue a replacement unit.
